The owner of this site is D.O.Clothing who trades under Jaylen David whose address is PO Box 195, Greenford, Middlesex. UB5 5RJ.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long distance means of communication, unless specifically requesting not.

No contract will exist between you and Jaylen David until we accepts your order by way of e-mail, confirming your goods have been processed and dispatched. Your confirmation e-mail will also contain a link to these terms & conditions. Please check that the details of the e-mail are correct and print a copy for your records. If for any reason there is an error you need to advise us within 24 hours.


Privacy policy

Under D.O.Clothing privacy policy we may disclose to third parties certain information contained in our Users' registration applications, but we will not disclose your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have informed you, been authorised by you, or are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.


Indemnity

You agree to indemnity, defend and hold harmless D.O.Clothing, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your use of the D.O.Clothing services, your breach of the Terms of Service, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.


Returns Policy

At JaylenDavid.com we value the custom of all our existing and potential customers, so we offer a full money back refund or exchange. Jaylen David will accept the return of unworn or damaged goods in their original packaging for a full duplicate replacement when accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Full priced goods must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for any return delivery charges as any delivery charges already paid are non-refundable.

Prices for all items on our website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable current rates, but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of D.O.Clothing.
